Easy-to-Read Reports
SiteInformant subscribers receive daily email reports each day changes occur, plus weekly and monthly reports for each site. The reports link to a web-based, password-protected site, so you can access your reports anywhere, anytime you're online.

Daily Reports
Daily email reports detail any changes from the previous 24-hour reporting period. (You'll only receive a daily report if changes occurred.) Each email report includes:

• Report Statistics: Summary information such as reporting period, total number of pages analyzed and total number of new, changed and unchanged pages
• Added Pages: Links to any new pages added to the website
• Changed Pages: Links that show what a page looked like before and after changes were made, including a highlighted version of the changes, plus a link to the live site

Weekly and Monthly Reports
Weekly and monthly email reports provide a complete summary of changes from the previous reporting period. Each email report includes:

• Report Statistics Summaries: Weekly and monthly summaries detailing number of pages analyzed and total number of new, changed and unchanged pages
• Added Pages: Detailed list of new pages added to the website
• Changed Pages: Detailed list of pages that changed, including highlighted and unhighlighted versions, plus links to the live pages
• Unchanged Pages: List of pages that did not change
